House of Astley aims to provide a fast and efficient delivery service throughout the UK. Our delivery standards are as follows:
Standard delivery: Royal Mail 48 Hour Service
Free for all orders over £30, £3.95 for all other orders.
Mainland UK: 2-3 business days after despatch.
Highlands & Islands: 4-5 business days after despatch.
Orders placed by 1.00pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched the same business day, Orders received after 1.00pm Thursday through to 1.00pm Monday will be despatched on a Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). A signature is required.
Returns and Refunds:
All products purchased through House of Astley are covered by our 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund you. Please include a note including your name and address with a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item(s); this will help us improve our service. Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged unless the item is damaged, wrongly described or faulty.
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products:
> Cosmetics and fragrances once the original packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
> Combs, brushes and hair accessories unless unused and packaging remains unopened and undamaged, unless faulty.
